Can you describe your healing technique?

For me, this started with Reiki, an ancient Japanese-Tibetan healing modality also known as "laying of the hands". Reiki was discovered in the modern era by Mikao Usui who had an enlightening experience atop Mount Kurama in Kyoto, Japan. He developed the ability to channel life force energy through his hands into the bodies and minds of those who needed various forms of healing (medical and beyond). Reiki is one type of healing modality in the world of energy-centric healing & biofield medicine. There are many more, like Qi Gong, acupuncture, polarity therapy, geomagnetic crystal work, biofeedback, internal communication & therapeutic writing, mind-body & embodied health practices, quantum healing, the Energy Codes (Dr. Sue Morter's work) - to name a few.

I have worked for years to refine the ability to draw many of these bodies of knowledge within the context of energy healing. As I have traveled the world and honed my healing talents, I have developed intuition for when and how to use different modalities for different cases.

Some call it channeling, others call it magic, others still call it physics

(eg. string theory says remote energy work is overlapping dimensions working together).

I call it the space where science meets spiritualty to create healing.

How does a session go?

During our first few minutes, we will discuss what's going on with you in general terms. We will set your intention and I'll get to work while you remain comfortable and calm. This might look like lying down in a dimly lit room with essential oils running while nestled up with a blanket. Some clients like to focus inward or meditate while I work, while others completely fall asleep. Healing works just the same.

The exact terms are up to you, but I kindly ask that you set aside a time and place where you will not be disturbed or distracted during our session.

If we meet in person, I will be able to apply energy to your physical body. Again, the results are the same for remote sessions. As I wrap up, we will debrief and discuss the experiences each of us had in support of your health, wellness, and intent during the session. At this point, we can discuss follow-up care, health coaching, and more before parting ways.

How do I prepare for my session?

+ eat light

+ drink plenty of water before & after (try to avoid caffeine)

+ carve out a time without distractions

+ wear comfortable clothes and be in a comfortable space in a comfortable position

+ many clients find it beneficial to listen to calming, meditation-type music, binaural beats/isochronic tones etc. during the session

+ set your intention and focus on it - what do you want out of this session?

What will I experience during my session?

Simply put, try not to have expectations! Clients report feeling a lot things. Some report nothing. In all cases, energy flows the way it needs to your greatest and highest good. I have never facilitated a session that didn't take me for a wonderful ride, and I will be happy to share what I experienced after your session. If you want to understand more, let's talk about it.

Do you offer group sessions or workshops?

I do, and sometimes I invite other healers to work alongside me. Energy is exponentially magnified during group work. Plus, it's cheaper per person. Contact me if you want to find out more.

Do you provide medical referrals?

I am not yet licensed to provide formal medical advice, but I have a large library of information and lofty network that I can use to point you in the right direction otherwise.

If you have more questions, contact me and I will do my best to connect you to the knowledge you seek.
